Room Parent Reimbursement Information

The PTA will reimburse room parents for class parties and events, up to a set dollar amount. For grades 2-5, the room parent will receive up to $100 reimbursement. Grades K & 1 get an extra $100 due to their additional learning activities. The entire 5th grade receives additional funding for their end of year celebration.

To request reimbursement, please click the button below. Submit the completed form and associated receipts to the school’s front office. Email the Room Parent Coordinator letting them know you have submitted the form. The Room Parent Coordinator will then review, approve and submit them to the PTA Treasurer for check disbursement.

Please keep the following in mind when making purchases and submitting receipts:

  • One room parent should track the budget for their classroom. If there are multiple room parents, they should work together on deciding what receipts will be submitted towards the PTA budget.
  • There should be NO personal items on receipts.
  • If you are a room parent for more than one class, please complete separate check request forms for each class.
  • You have until the last day of school to turn in receipts.
