Dear CMS families,
The COVID-19 crisis has been and continues to be an unprecedented community health challenge. We closed schools in March to protect the health and safety of students, staff and our entire community. Shortly after, we quickly implemented remote learning with the intent of continuing each student’s education during this extraordinary time. With the possibility of future public health conditions requiring similar steps, we are seeking feedback so that we can improve any future remote learning experiences.
From June 1st – June 9th, CMS will launch two feedback opportunities:
- A Student Questionnaire (https://bit.ly/COVID19Student)
- Parent/Caregiver Questionnaire (https://bit.ly/COVID19parent).
These questionnaires can be taken electronically using any device by clicking on one of the above links. The information you provide will be used to help CMS both plan for the future, and to better understand the impact COVID-19 has had on our school district. Individual responses will only be accessed by Office of Accountability staff. No other staff members in CMS will have access to individual responses.
