If you are interested in having a school event, notification or other information published in the weekly newsletter, posted on the PTA Website, or distributed in Friday Folders, please fill in the following form and submit your electronic flyer below. Please note:

  • All information must be approved by Mr. G prior to online submittal.
  • Facebook post requests made to Mr. G will not automatically be included in the newsletter, website or Friday Folders. If he has approved it for Facebook, then it is considered approved for the other platforms as well.
  • Requests must be received by 5pm on Wednesday in order to be included in this week’s folder and newsletter. Requests made after the deadline will be released the following week.
  • Printing of flyers for Friday Folders is your responsibility. Printouts must be placed in the PTA room by 7am Friday morning. Please consider the environment when deciding to print out flyers. If a print out is not necessary, please save paper and opt only for the electronic distribution.
  • Be aware that formatting, wording, etc may be modified slightly for use on the website and newsletter.
  • Event pictures and videos will still be posted to Facebook only.

    Instructions: File documents should be in Word format. Images/logos should be in JPEG, GIF, or PNG format. Your total attachments size cannot exceed 10MB. If you have very large files, consider compressing your files into one archive. Then upload it to us.
